STEM Teacher Research Community with Professor Christine Tippett

The Early Childhood Education Department hosted Professor Christine Tippett from the University of Ottawa on November 12, 2024. During this engaging session, Professor Tippett shared innovative approaches to STEM education for young children. Participants explored hands-on activities demonstrating how to introduce scientific concepts through playful exploration. The workshop featured practical demonstrations using everyday materials and highlighted evidence-based strategies for fostering curiosity in early years settings.
